Version 1.6.6 Release Notes
The following upgrades and improvements were
released:- MasterCoder has been made available to Web users.
- Restoring a patient from the Chart Rack will now place them in the Bin instead of the Active Patients list.
- The first MD for which they have permission to bill will no longer default for NP/PA/Nurse user types on all new bills.
- Medical Directors have been added to the list of user types Administrators can bill for.
- A "Print" function has been added for system-generated chat messages.
- "Separated" has been added to the Marital Status choice list in the "Patient Details" section of the Demographics sub-tab.
Changes to resolve the
following issues were also included:
- The time zone of the user was not being adjusted for correctly in several areas of the application.
- Totals for the same physician could be different between the "My Bills" report and various other coding reports.
- Users were logged out unexpectedly if they clicked on the Bills tab title while the Bills tab was already being displayed.
- The Team value was occasionally being erased for the first patient displayed in the Patient List.
- Users were occasionally locked out of the system for security reasons inappropriately.
- Entering the DOB on the New Patient window did not automatically result in the calculation of the Age for the patient.
- The Patient List was not always refreshing appropriately when the Site and Team filters were adjusted.
- The
Site filter was not always applied properly when physicians viewed
their "My Bills" report (filters on that report from the Business
Intelligence tab were unaffected by this issue).
- The Cross Cover and Patient List Team filter was including values that were not exact matches for the selected value.
- The Team field was not filtering the patient list properly for Biller type users.
- Valid
password choices were not always recognized when the "Passwords must
contain upper and lower case letters" setting was turned on.
- A server error was occasionally encountered when logging off.
- The PA summary report generated errors when a specific Site was selected.
- The Diagnosis report would generate an error when there was no data to display.
- The CPT Count report could generate errors when unexpected CPT values were encountered.
- Clicking on the IM Quality Measures tab for patients occasionally resulted in an error.
- Various
sizing issues with cells and fonts in the Cross Cover report made
it difficult to display all patient data appropriately.
- The
selection list for matching ICDs only showed 3 values when searching
via the "Diagnoses" list on the Bills tab (an issue that had been fixed previously on the New Bill window).
- Bills with no CPT codes entered could not be deleted.
- Dx entry on New Bill and Edit Bill windows did not behave exactly as it did on the New Patient window.
- The cursor placement using the Tab key on the IM XCover area of the Bills tab was inconsistent.
- The cursor placement using the Tab key on the New Patient window was inconsistent.
- The "Bills by Physician" version of the Daily Encounter Log did not list the physicians in alphabetical order.
- The MD list in the PA Permissions editor was not sorting alphabetically.
- The Cross Cover report default sorting did not match the user's setting.
- The "Force linking of Dx codes" setting was not actually forcing Dx linking.
- The "Team Required" reminder for new patients was not working properly when that setting was turned on.
- The
Chat window was appearing upon login for NP/PA/Nurse user types even if their preference was set to not display Chat on login.
- The
Charge Lag ("Only Show Bills Older than <n> days in Billing
Report") setting was not being applied to patients properly when the
practice was defined as using Discharge Billing.
- The Site/Team editor did not allow the renaming of Teams in some circumstances.
- The Insurance pop-up window would not close consistently.
- The Save button on the Add Procedures window would not always activate appropriately.
- Scroll
bars weren't appearing on the Category list of the Add Procedure window
when more categories existed than could be displayed in the existing
window.
- The Cancel button did not always function properly on the IM eScribe (Medications) window.
- CPT
II bills created to report PQRI measures could have a different DOS
than the encounter that triggered the measure in certain scenarios.
- All edits to bills that had triggered PQRI measures were not always being duplicated in the CPT II bills they triggered.
- Column headers sometimes obscured patient information on the Add Procedure window.
- Browser windows opened from the IM WebLinks section of the Home tab did not always have scroll bars when needed.
- The Occupation and Employer fields were transposed on the Insurance section of the Demographics tab under certain conditions.
