The following upgrades and improvements were
released:- A
Missing Bill report has been added to the Business Intelligence tab to
indicate scenarios that likely represent missed billing events.
- A suite of reports has been created in the Business Intelligence tab to analyze Admission, Consult, and Observation Coding.
- An Encounters report has been added to the Business Intelligence tab to aid in gauging physician productivity.
- A
PA Summary report has been created on the Business Intelligence tab to
compile statistics like those in the existing (physicians) Summary
report.
- A graph has been added to the RVU report.
- The Chat user list (and the selection list
when the "Select Multiple Recipients" function is chosen) will now be
sorted in ascending order.
- A new Administrator Setting has been added that enables enforcing the linking of diagnoses during creation and editing of bills.
- A new
Administrator Setting has been added that allows results to include the
Master list in addition to the Favorites list when searching for
procedures.
- A
new Administrator Setting has been added that allows control over the
presentation of the warning when the admission type changes with a new
bill.
- A
new Administrator Setting has been added that allows for the
presentation of a legal disclaimer upon each login to IM Practice
Manager.
Changes to resolve the
following issues were also included: - The Dx type-ahead match lists on the New Patient and New Bill windows were too small to display more than 1-2 matches at a time.
- UPIN and Phone were not displaying for the Primary and Referring Physicians when selected in the New Patient window.
- The Notes field on the main billing grid was causing system lockups when used frequently.
- The Notes field on the main billing grid was truncating text at 50 characters.
- The Notes field on the main billing grid did not always close when the "Cancel" button was clicked during an edit.
- The
D/C radio button on the Bills tab was not always toggling to "Yes"
automatically upon the entry of a discharge bill.
- The Patient Team Assignment report did not show multiple patients with the same last name.
- The Patient Team Assignment report was showing patients already removed to the Holding Bin.
- The
Patient Team Assignment report would only print the portion of
the patient list visible on the screen at the time of printing.
- Clicking the selector for patient's Sex sometimes caused the selection list for Bed to open.
- Resetting
a users password in the Edit Users panel did not result in a prompt for
the user to enter a new secure password on their next login.
- Procedures
selected in the New Bill window will now show in the white box instead
of below it (this change was made previously for multiple procedures,
but now includes single procedures as well).
- The Site Permissions editor occasionally experienced display issues.
- The Administrator Setting to prevent the reuse of password values did not work.
- Billers could not edit patient demographics even when the "Biller can edit bills" setting was activated.
- The
Referring MD reminder did not function correctly, failing to remind in
some situations when it should have, and reminding in other situations
when it should not have.
- The Primary MD reminder did not function correctly, failing to remind in
some situations when it should have, and reminding in other situations
when it should not have.
- The Category selectors on the navigation bar of the Add Procedures window did not filter the procedure list appropriately.
- The Daily Encounter Log would not print after a bill was edited through the report.
- The Date Of Service on CPT II bills could be different from the PQRI triggering bill in some circumstances.
- Changes to the ICD list of the PQRI triggering bill were not reflected in the CPT II bill.
